I am directly involved in conducting bowling tournaments here in
the East (six states) for the proficient woman bowler in an organization
known as the Women's All-Star Association(WASA). Open to all women
bowlers, amateur and professional, over a span of 24 years, I have now
conducted more than 285 tournaments to a membership of more than 500
members, who represent 20 states from New York to California and Canada, as
well.
In 1996 we will be marking our 25th anniversary, with a planned schedule of
15 tournaments starting in March and running through December. We also
have three other tournaments for our senior members (50+), as well.
The states that we hold our one-day tournaments include, New York, New
Jersey, Penna, Maryland and Delaware.
